Psychotherapy services using debriefing psychology process in the nature of lessening or preventing psychological damage of individuals by focusing on their emotions and relationships

I am taking the Debriefing process used in mass-crisis situations and making it brief and focused by micro-analyzing peoples thinking processes behind their emotions in the relationship. Rather than focusing on what happened, which is what is typically done, I focus on the triggers and what they say about underlying traumas and cognitive beliefs.Psychotherapy services; A Brief Therapy for couples counseling and psychotherapy as it relates to personal internal change and detailed analyses of patterns in relationships. De-Brief Therapy is Dialectically-oriented Emotionally-focused Breakthrough in Relationship Interactional/Emotional Freedom Therapy. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy has been seen as one of the most effective treatments of formerly hard to understand impulsive and self-destructive behavior. Particularly the concept of triggers that elicit patterns of self destructive thoughts towards the self.
