The mark consists of the following features embossed on the three-dimensional configuration of a bottle seen from multiple views: on the front at the bottom are the words "PRODUCT OF IRELAND" surrounded on either side by a figure of a person carrying a barrel on his back. On the back of the bottle just below the shoulder of the bottle are the words "SINCE 1780" in script, and toward the bottom of the back are the words "JOHN JAMESON & SON" in script. On the bottom of the bottle inside a circle are the letters "JJ&S" and curving around outside the circle are the words "JOHN JAMESON & SON LTD". The matter depicted in broken lines, namely, the outline and configuration of the bottle, is not a part of the mark and serves only to show the placement of the mark.
