The mark consists of a stylized design of six thin horizontal bands which thicken and form three visible columns in the center of the design. The top two horizontal band's three thickened areas begin three separate vertical columns. The third through sixth horizontal band's thickened areas continue to make up the mid-section and lower part of the three columns and gradually start to spread outward towards the left and right lower corners of the design. All six horizontal bands stacked above one another make up a rectangular form. The stylized design is centered above the wording "VIDEOGRAPHIX" in stylized lowercase font above the wording "PERPETUAL BUSINESS MARKETING DISPLAY SYSTEMS".
