Description of Mark
The mark consists of the three dimensional configuration of a travel packing cube, the top lid of which is divided into three panels. The panels on the left and right have a mesh surface, and the center panel has a solid surface, with a capsule-shaped emblem at the bottom of the center panel. The left and right edges of the solid center panel curve inward from the top of the panel toward the bottom, such that the solid center panel is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom, and forms a trapezoid with curved sides. The piping on the outside edge of the solid center panel and the figure eight design portions of the zipper pulls are also claimed as features of the mark. The broken lines depicting the handle, zipper, zipper track, end portion of the zipper pulls, and rectangular shape indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. Mesh itself is not claimed as part of the mark apart from the alternating mesh-solid-mesh panel design of the lid.
