The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the goods and/or services provided have been performed by individuals having completed the educational programs or courses, demonstrated specific knowledge, skills and implementation of the certified programs as determined by the certifier's objective standards of seller representation set forth by the certifier, and obtained approval from the certifier to be a certified real estate agent or broker.
