The mark consists of a white background on which a rectangle-shaped outline with rounded corners is placed, the top two-thirds of which is black and the bottom one-third of which is mustard yellow and which outline is broken on the left side by a mustard yellow hard hat with the design of the Maryland flag inside the shape of the State of Maryland (with such flag in the colors of black, gold, red and white) on such hard hat and which hard hat is outlined on the top by a black curved line and which also has a light yellow accent showing depth and curvature on its upper left quadrant. Inside the center of the rectangular outline and on top of the background are the words "Hard Hat Legal" in large black letters, below which is a solid mustard yellow line with ".com" on the right in mustard yellow, and below which are the words "Your Industrial-Strength Construction Lawyers" in black letters.
