The mark consists of at first glance, a simple icon of a blue and white modern building. The structure of the building is subliminally shaped into a letter "B" for Boston while the blue shadow of the building on the left side shows the number "1". The base of the "1" is extended in the bottom to portray the blue land the building it is standing on. The words "One Boston" are not separated by a space but instead the first letters "O" in "One" and "B" in "Boston", respectively, are capitalized. The word "One" is in blue; the letter "O" in the word "One" has a blue center and is surrounded by the color white with a light blue border. The word "Boston" is in black. The tagline "Title & Closing Services, P.C." is written in ALL CAPS in black and is approximately one third of the height of "One Boston". The height of the building icon is about three times the height of "One Boston".
