The mark consists of a logo design in the shape of an oblong circle with three color shades (distinctive outer diameters) plus four vertical bars in the bottom part of the circle. The logo also has a wing on either side of the circle, and the name "SKY AEROSPACE ENGINEERING" (in caps letters) below the circle and wings. Inside of the circle the acronym "SAE" (in caps letters) appears with a four engine commercial transport aircraft flying above "SAE". The wings appear as metallic with a shining glare line passing through all of the divisions of each of the wings. The color shade of the inside of the circle is white background, while "SAE", the aircraft and the smoke trail is a shade of a dark blue. The three rings around the diameter of the circle are: black for the outer ring, two color tones - gray to a light silver for the center ring, and two color tone gray to silver for the inner circle. The four vertical bars in the rings are silver-light gray. The color of the wings are two tones gray (dark gray to some part in light gray). The name "SKY AEROSPACE ENGINEERING" is the same dark blue as "SAE".
