The mark consists of "LULLABY NIGHTS" appearing in black as shown in the drawing wherein the words "LULLABY NIGHTS" are in stylized cursive lettering with the "LUL" being above the outermost portion of an exterior arc and the remaining letters "LABY" and "NIGHTS" set above the horizontal portion of an interior gray section. The moon has an interior solid section in the color gray with a white shadow. The moon is outlined with an exterior black arc extending beyond the upper point of the moon and extending around the moon and terminating in a line which extends beyond the lowermost point of the gray moon. The mark also has an interior arc extending from the adjacent the upper arc curve of the moon to approximately the mid-section of the gray section of the moon before it turns from arcuate to horizontal. The interior outlined black arc extends to an interior arc with a curve at the interior end forming a smile on the moon and the moon also has an eye in the gray interior. There are also three musical notes appearing in black with white centers including a single note above the exterior arc and a single note within the interior arc and a double note on the upper end of the interior arc
