The mark consists of the outline of a triangular rooftop, and the upper right side of the triangle features a rectangle that gives the impression of a chimney in the rooftop, and the lower portion of the right side of the triangle is missing so as to give the impression that the roofline disappears. There are four small squares almost immediately under the center point of the triangle that give the impression of a four-pane window and the outline of a picket fence appears below the window-pane but above a curved accent line that gives the impression of grass featuring a small flower with leaves, so that the accent line and flower give the appearance of landscaping adjacent to and in front of the fence. Immediately to the right of the rooftop and grass design the word "THE" appears in small font immediately above the word "COTTAGE" in much larger font with an italicized "C", and the words "EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP LIVING" appear in small font centered underneath the rooftop and grass design.
