The mark consists of three horizontal stripes at the top of a container for the goods. The uppermost stripe is red, the middle stripe is yellow, and the lowest stripe is orange. The red and yellow stripes fade into one another where they meet, and the orange and yellow stripes fade into one another where they meet. The mark appears on the front or back, or both front and back, of the container. The mark includes a design of a white artist's palette outlined in green containing stylized representations of a red tomato, yellow pepper and green grapes with the words "MASTER'S TOUCH" in red on the upper left side superimposed on the stripes and also includes a design of a stylized representation of three peppers, one red, one yellow and one orange, with green feet, with the peppers and the feet outlined in black, on the upper right side superimposed on the stripes. Not shown in the drawing is an oblong cut-out in the stripes which is the container's optional handle. The dotted line portion of the drawing is not a part of the mark and serves only to show the position of the mark.
