The mark consists of a caricature of a man taking a siesta in the form of a green chili pepper with red arms, and a black mustache and mouth, wearing a white sombrero outlined in black with a red, green and black hat band and red trim and a caricature of a man taking a siesta in the form of a red pepper with white arms, and a black mustache and mouth, wearing a green sombrero outlined in black with a red, white and black hat band and white trim, sitting in a mirror image pose on opposite lateral sides of the mark component "REYES" therebetween. The mark component "REYES" consists of a large green "R" and large red "S" with smaller letters "EYE" therebetween, the latter consisting of a green "E", a white "Y", and a red "E". The mark component "PRODUCE" in red appears directly beneath the mark component "REYES" and all the letters of both mark components are outlined in black. The words "IMPORTADOR & DISTRIBUIDOR DE PRODUCTOS MEXICANOS" in white are disposed on two lines beneath the word "PRODUCE". Above the word "REYES" appears an image of an eagle holding a snake in its beak in yellow and two curved lines, one in green and one in red.
