The mark consists of a rectangle with inverted angles and a solid border element on the right-hand side, a border element on the left side which includes protruding square elements and border elements on the upper and lower sides which incorporate a series of triangle elements. Within the center of the rectangle is an image of a castle with a turret and flag design set against an image of the sun and sunburst designs with shading in the background. The image of the sun has an undefined border element. The wording "CASTELO" is set forth above the castle element while the wording "RA TIM BUM" is set forth below the castle element. There are triangulars with border elements between each of the words "RA TIM BUM" . The word elements "CASTELO RA TIM BUM" themselves also feature border elements. There is a bordered accent mark above the letter "A" in "RA".The left and right sides of the rectangular element, the upper segments of the word element "CASTELO" and the lower segments of the word element "RA TIM BUM" are blue. The castle, turret and flag elements, the lower segments of the word element "CASTELO", the upper segments of the word element "RA TIM BUM", the center of the diamond elements between the word elements "RA TIM BUM", the center of the accent mark over the "A" in "RA" and approximately one-half of the triangular elements in the upper and lower border elements of the rectangle are red. Approximately one-half of the triangular elements in the upper and lower border elements of the rectangle are orange. The border elements of the wording "CASTELO RA TIM BUM", the border elements of the diamond elements between the words "RA TIM BUM" and the accent mark over the "A" in "RA" the background of the rectangular design itself, part of the interior of the sun design and the undefined border element around the sun are yellow. The remaining part of the interior of the sun design, the sunburst elements and the shading within the sunburst elements are burnt orange.
