The mark consists of trade dress applied to the front of packaging in the colors pink, yellow, white, blue, silver, gold and purple. The literal element, "DREAMWALK", is in white, stylized font, and it is displayed in the upper section of the mark on a pink, oval-shaped background. The literal element, "DR. SCHOLL'S", is displayed in white font and is outlined in dark blue, and it is presented in a blue-shaded oval within a dark blue oval which is inside a silver-shaded oval. There is a gold period under the letter "R" in "DR". There is a white starburst design on the bottom right of the silver oval. Beneath, and to the right of the oval carrier, there is displayed an incomplete, white curved band. The pink oval shape also displays small, white starburst designs along the perimeter of the shape. There is a curved, yellow band that partially surrounds the pink oval shape along the top, right and bottom edges. There is a band of pink shading to the upper left of the yellow band and purple shading beneath. At the lower portion of the mark is an irregular-shaped band comprised of the color blue. The center right of the mark has a slight, hour-glass shape featuring a cut-out section, which represents the transparent portion of the packaging by which the product is visible. On the lower, right section of the mark, there is a pink oval within an oval. There are white starburst designs along the lower section of the yellow band and beneath the pink oval within an oval. Above the pink oval within an oval is an irregular-shaped band of purple.
