The mark consists of the letter "S" of the literal element "SHERUTE" as a stylized upper-case "S" depicted to be a three-dimensional metal structure angled towards the right side, consisting of twelve (12) small bolts positioned on twelve (12) separate corners on the face of the "S". The face of the "S" is outlined by a thin line and contains various thin vertical lines. The top and the sides of the "S" also are outlined by a thin line and contain various thin vertical lines, giving the "S" a three-dimensional appearance. The "HERUTE" of "SHERUTE" is in a stylized upper-case font smaller than that of the "S" and is positioned to the right of the center of the "S". The "L.L.C." is in a stylized upper-case font smaller than that of the "HERUTE" and is positioned to the right of the "HERUTE". Two (2) parallel ribbons run diagonally beneath "HERUTE L.L.C.", starting underneath the "H" and ending to the right of the "L.L.C." by tapering off to a 45° angle.
