The mark consists of an abstract, three-dimensional, circular logo consisting of two circular bands of different thicknesses. The outer band is approximately three times as thick as the inner band. There is an eight point starburst positioned on the left and right sides of the outer circular band. Using the analogy of a 12-hour clock, the starburst on the left side is positioned at approximately the 9 o'clock position and the starburst on the right side is positioned approximately between the 2 o'clock and 3 o'clock positions of a clock. The top inner edge of the inner circular band consists of a triangular shield with curved sides. Attached to the left and right curved sides of the triangular shield are crescent shaped objects which overlap towards the bottom of the inner circular band forming the stylized letter "V".
