The mark consists of two stylized horizontal lines bordered the top and bottom of the mark consisting of a line, a series of small vertical lines, a thicker line and dots inside which of wording "CAPTAIN MORGAN LIMITED EDITION SPICED RUM SHERRY OAK FINISH", where the words "CAPTAIN MORGAN" and "LIMITED EDITION" appear in stylized fonts all above the words "Spiced Rum", appearing between two horizontal lines, which are all featured above the words "Sherry Oak Finish" in stylized all-capital lettering. The wording is featured to the right of a large design of a pirate holding a sword in his right hand with his left foot raised and propped on a barrel with a skull and crossbones design on the barrel. The background underneath the wording "Sherry Oak Finish" and to the right of the pirate features an image of water, pirate crew and a ship in background. Under the image of the pirate crew and to the right of the barrel, appears the wording "CARIBBEAN RUM WITH SELECT SPICES AND NATURAL FLAVORS" in between two horizontal lines to the right of a design of a seal with laurel branches surrounding the seal on either side, where the wording "SHERRY OAK FINISH SPICED RUM" appears inside the boarder of the seal with a design of a ship in the center. To the left of the pirate design appears a pirate crew holding chests and cityscape to the left. Above the cityscape appears the additional wording "THIS LIMITED EDITION SPICED RUM WAS INSPIRED BY SIR HENRY MORGAN'S IMPROBABLE & STORIED VICTORY ON THE SHORES OF PANAMA IN 1671". The wording "Limited Edition" and "1671" are in a stylized font that it set apart from the block lettering of the remaining text.
