The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the bottle for the goods with wording and two-dimensional designs thereon. The cap of the container is brown in color on which the phrase "EL RON MAS PREMIADO" is partially showing in black. There is a gray label perpendicular to the cap with a red bat and the red words "BACARDI" above the bat and the wording "LA MAXIMA CALIDAD" below the bat encompassed in a red circular stamp partly blocking the brown wording "EL RON MAS PREMIADO" over "EST. 1862" and "FACUNDO" in script. A wreath design is partially visible over "EL RON" and "EST. 1862". On the bottom of the mark is an embossed curlicue design in the colors brown and black featuring a bat in the colors brown and black in a circle at the center. Below this is the embossed word "FACUNDO". At the top of the embossing are red crossed ribbons on which the words "FACUNDO XA RUM" appears on the one that starts from the left in gold and "PARAISO" appears in gold on the ribbon that starts from the right. A brown liquid is shown inside the bottle to indicate location of the goods, but neither the liquid nor the brown color of the liquid is claimed as a feature of the mark. The dotted lines outlining the container and cap indicate placement of the mark and are not part of the mark.
