The mark consists of a Caucasian baby looking at and reaching with a partially exposed arm, wrist, and hand for a rose with stem and leaves that enters the circular design frame from a position slightly above and to the right of the baby's face. This design is partially encircled by two rows of concentric literal wording. First concentric row is in the form of an arc above the design, has the larger font, and ends with three ellipsis as follows: "Babies are like Rosebuds..." The second concentric row of wording begins with three ellipsis and forms an upper arc that sits below the larger aforementioned wording, and also a lower arc that rests outside the bottom of the design circle. These wordings are equal distance from the design circle, have a smaller font and read as follows: "...both are filled with the newness of wondrous life and expectations of blossoming tomorrows". The baby has a white skin tone with pink highlights at the right cheek and right side of the face, blue eyes; arm, wrist, and fingers of light green; brown-gray mouth and inside ear; gray hair curl and eyebrows. The rose is a pink-red with green stem and leaves. The background color which fills the circular design, comes up to touch the baby's face, head, arm, and fingers, and moves from a darker shade of green to a lighter shade of green from the outside of the circle to the inside, with the small center of the circle going to near white. The concentric wording is a consistent and solid green.
