The mark consists of The words Tribal Types with a capital T are at the top center of the drawing. In the center of the drawing is a pinwheel with a solid center and four equally spaced points. Surrounding the pinwheel in the shape of a four leaf clover are four equally spaced arcs that are shaped like crescent moons. The Arc at the top of the model has the word Achiever written horizontally inside the arc. The beginning point of the arc is to the upper left of the pinwheel and on the outside of the arc toward the lower point pointing toward the pinwheel is the word Attention which is angled to match the shape of the arc. The 'n' in Attention is closest to the center pinwheel. The arc positioned to the right of the pinwheel begins with the point on one end just to the upper right of the pinwheel and arcs out to the right with the bottom point ending to the outer right bottom of the pinwheel. The word Commander is written horizontally inside the arc. On the outside of the arc, just below the word Achiever is the word Results which is angled to match the shape of the arc. The "R" in Results is closest to the center pinwheel. The bottom arc begins to the lower right corner of the pinwheel and extends down and then curves toward the left. The word Reflector is written horizontally inside the curve of the arc with the word Process is angled to match the shape of the arc on the outer right side beginning at the point that is on the upper right. The "P" in Process is closest to the pinwheel. The arc to the left of the pinwheel begins just off the lower left point of the pinwheel. It has the word Expresser written horizontally in it. On the lower end of the arc on the outside right point begins the word People which is angled to match the shape of the arc. The "e" in People is closest to the pinwheel.
