The mark consists of a label design as applied to a three-dimensional configuration for packaging featuring a transparent, cuboid outer box through which a soft, structured inner pouch is visible, the inner pouch having a rounded cuboid shape with distinctive folded and tucked corners, a zipper running from the midpoint of one side of the pouch horizontally along the length of the top of the pouch to the midpoint of the second side of the pouch, and a pull tab on the zipper. The top panel of the transparent outer box features a central overlapping "PP" design over a centered badge, with a stylized ribbon radiating outward from the badge; the word "MINIMERGENCY" is printed on the left side of the ribbon in block type while the phrase "KIT FOR HER" is printed on the right side of the ribbon in block type. The front panel of the transparent outer box features a centered badge, with the term "PINCH" in stylized type, above a central overlapping "PP" design which is offset by two straight lines radiating outward, and underneath that, the term "PROVISIONS" in small concave block type; below the centered badge is a horizontal rectangle running across the front face of the box, with the phrase "MINIMERGENCY KIT" in large block type on the top half of the rectangle, a centered horizontal line, and the phrases "FOR HER" in mid-sized block type and "17 BEAUTY & PERSONAL CARE ESSENTIALS" in smaller block type on the bottom half of the rectangle, these latter two phrases being separated by a vertical line that terminates in the centered horizontal line. The transparent cuboid outer box packaging, soft structured inner pouch, zipper and zipper pull depicted in dotted lines in the drawing serve only to show the position or placement of the label mark and are not claimed as a feature of this mark.
