Healthcare information and testing services-namely, services for medical and healthcare institutions to enable them to develop and review examination questions using an online test development tool; to access test classification and coding schemes provided and used by NBME, and to create their own custom classification systems; and to access an examination item-banking tool to create, classify, and store test items and tests, graphics, and statistics; to exchange their items locally at various locations and institutions within the same educational institution; to create, publish, and deliver web-based tests using those examination items; to generate scores; and to store and manage candidate records
