The mark consists of a large star located in the center of the mark, wherein the word "THE" in white lettering is placed in the upper center portion of the star, with the words "CO-OP AMERICA" in much larger white letters outlined in blue appearing centered directly under the word "THE" such that "CO-OP AMERICA" extends completely across the center region of the star and slightly beyond the borders of the star, while the word "ENTREPRENEURIAL" appears in white lettering on a blue panel that is outlined in white, appearing directly under "CO-OP AMERICA", and the word "FOUNDATION" appears in white letters centered thereunder in the lower portion of the center of the star; while the interior region of the star itself contains a darker and a lighter shade of red, and the star is outlined with three distinct outlines, the innermost outline of the star being a white outline, the middle outline being dark blue and the outermost outline being silver; the overall star and lettering is overlaid upon four colored ring regions, the innermost region being filled in dark blue, the second concentric ring region being a small silver band, the third ring region being red and the outermost ringed region being a small silver band.
