Description of Mark
The mark consists of the scales of justice in the center of two circles in which the scales appear to be the eyes above a line in the shape of an upward arc forming the mouth of the face. In the outer circle appear the words "HEADS IN HELMETS" in upper case scripted letters at the top of the circle and the bottom circle contains the words "JUSTICE FOR CHILDREN" in smaller scripted letters. The two phrases are separated by a star at each end. The outer circle is decorated with another line looping around the outside of the circles and forming small circles around the entire outside circle.
