The mark consists of the trade dress for a book cover featuring slanted blocks of color on the front, spine and back. On the front cover are blocks of red, white and blue. On the right hand side of the white blocks are the words "survival guide" in red, underneath which is a yellow rectangle on a slant. These slanted blocks continue on the spine and around to part of the back cover. In the bottom third of the spine are the words "survival guide" in yellow and below that a colophon in white, and the words "Humanix books" in black. On the back cover is a band of red at the top, below which is a slanted band of yellow, then blue, then yellow, with the words "Survive It!" in red in the top yellow band. In the bottom right hand corner are the "H" colophon, above the words "Humanix Books" which is above "www.humanixbooks.com" all in black. There is a white rectangle in the bottom left hand corner of the bottom yellow block.
