The mark consists of a design element and the black stylized wording "INDEPENDENT WEALTH CONSULTANTS" which is located under the design element. The design element is comprised of a sixteen sided polygon outlined in blue which resembles a diamond superimposed over a square. A gray rectangle with triangular ends runs across the middle of the design, fades from gray at its ends to light gray in the center, and contains the black stylized letters "IWC". Two gray vertical lines, which fade from dark gray at their periphery to light gray in the center, run through the center of the design. The inside of the polygon is teal at its periphery and fades to blue in its center. The mark in its entirety appears on a transparent background.
