The mark consists of a concentric oval design which appears superimposed on a rectangle design; the inner oval contains a depiction of 2 hands shaking hands in front of an image of the earth; lining which is a feature of the mark appears around the upper and lower sections of the hand shaking design and on the hand shaking and globe elements; the word "ETHICALLY" above the inner oval and below the outer oval; the word "SOURCED" appears below the inner oval and below the outer oval; the stylized leaf design appears on the sides of the oval designs in between the wording "ETHICALLY SOURCED"; the rectangle design consists of three incomplete rectangles; the outer rectangle is comprised of dots; the inner rectangle is comprised of a thin line and the inner rectangle is comprised of a thin line which contains a dark background which contains a "SWIRL" which appears in each corner of the rectangular design.
