Educator training services, namely, conducting seminars, lectures, presentations, classes and workshops for the purpose of mentoring and certification of prenatal yoga instructors, postpartum yoga instructors, prenatal and postpartum counselors, doulas, postpartum doulas, childbirth educators, midwives' assistants and breastfeeding educators in the fields of childbirth, counseling, prenatal and postpartum yoga, labor and delivery companionship, and postpartum infant care and breastfeeding and distributing course materials in connection therewith

Doula services for birth and postpartum, namely, experienced labor companion who provides the woman and her husband or partner both emotional and physical support throughout the entire labor and delivery. Clinical mental health counseling, namely during preconception, infertility, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and early parenting
