The mark consists of the following: The mark is a crest of the company. Above the emblem is a banner. The banner is stylized at each end with a fold. The banner is a golden-yellow with the word "LEOLANI" in the center. The word is all capitalized and it is in a stylized black font. The banner itself is bordered in red. The main emblem is beneath it. It is designed after a royal crest. The top of the emblem has three points. The point in the center is the highest and most large in scale. The middle point is a ruffled dome top with an ukulele in front of it. This whole element is golden-yellow. Underneath it there is a connection bridge with three sections. The three sections are colored as follows: golden-yellow, red, golden-yellow. This section leads to a draped curtain that hangs on the other two point at the top. The two end points at the top are golden-yellow tassels. The actual drape is flows down on the sides and folds. It it red with a golden trim. The back of the curtain is white. Below the curtain is another emblem. On both sides of this emblem are two brown ukulele. Above this center emblem is a golden-yellow crown. The inner-emblem itself is broken up into four quadrants. The left two quadrants consists of white, red, and blue stripes (top) and a golden-yellow treble symbol (bottom). This is flipped over on the other side. This inner-emblem is bordered with a golden-yellow stylized trim. There is also another stylized design which is golden-yellow underneath this inner-emblem. At the bottom of the crest (inside it), is another banner. This banner is blue that fades into white at the center. On this banner it says "Voice of Heaven" in black
