The mark consists of an oval figure with a golden rim. In the interior of the oval, in its upper part there is a band in gold color with a rim and shade in black color, showing the words in Spanish "LA FLOR DE CUBA", in upper case letters and in black color. What follows is an armorial ensign in gold color with a rim in black color and the background in yellow color. In each side of the ensign appears a maze of tobacco leaves in green color. Inside the armorial ensign three armors are shown forming a triangular figure. The upper side armor has a red color rim and is crowned by a flame in red color. Inside the flame and at its center there is a star in white color. This armor is divided in three sections. The upper third section of the armor shows a rising sun in red color with red, yellow and blue rays, four isles and a key at its center. The lower left third section of the armor shows three perpendicular blue lines and two perpendicular white lines, and the lower right third section shows a royal palm tree rising from a green field, with its crest in green color and its trunk in brown color, with two mountains in blue and deep blue colors as a background. This armor is adorned with a wreath of green leaves and red flowers. The lower left armor shows the words "Pinar del Río" in black color with a tobacco field in the foreground in deep green color, two royal palm trees with its crests in green color and their trunks in brown color, two mountains in blue color and a background in light blue and white colors. The lower right armor shows the words "El Morro de LA HABANA" in black color, the image of a light house in gold and black colors, the Cuban flag with colors red, blue and white coming out of the lighthouse, with a background in light blue, white and deep blue colors. Between the two lower armors a trefoil leave appears in white color. In the lower final section of the oval figure appears the phrase "HECHO A MANO", in upper case letters, in black color.
