The mark consists of a motion mark consisting of an LED-type light programmed to illuminate changing colors in the following sequence: white stroboscopic, white stationary, red stationary, green stationary, blue stationary, and red, green and blue fading sequence; and then repeats the entire sequence starting with the white stroboscopic, where the sequence cannot be changed by the consumer; depicted on the product bottle is the word COLD on a vertical red rectangle with a rounded lower end where the word COLD is in white, beneath which the word STEEL is in gray with black edging, to the left of which is the word VODKA in black, and above which are three black circles. The shape of the bottle is depicted in dotted lines intended to show placement of the mark and is not part of the mark itself. The color white in the background of each frame represents outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark; the four rectangular outlines framing the images of the mark are also not part of the mark.
