The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a blade design with a raised central portion graduating to a raised pointed tip and having sharp blades on either side thereof. The blade design includes a concave notch in the blade at the base of the raised central portion followed by a triangular descent leading to the handle. Additionally, the mark further consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a handle with an angled central portion pointing toward the center of the blade and slanting slightly downward toward the edge of the blade aligned with and terminating at the triangular descent of the blade design. The handle has a handle thumb groove that is also aligned with and terminates at the triangular descent of the blade design. The top of the blade and the top of the handle form a smooth arch that appears substantially continuous and that slopes downward toward the back of the knife handle. The broken lines depicting a portion of the top sharp blade and the lower sharp blade on the sides of the raised central portion, the back part of the handle and the underside of the handle near the back part of the handle, as well as the text located on the blade indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. Words shown on the blade are not part of the mark.
