The mark consists of a square shaped box with a black background, a smaller shaped square box with a two tone color shade of gray & black and gray outline of the box shape. With the gray & black style design it looks like a reflection on top of black background, the letters "INTV", in white color, on top of small square box shape. The letter "I" in "INTV" is lower case with three moon-like shapes beams in white and gray color tilted to the top left, and are on top of a small circle on top of the letter "I", while the "NTV" letters are capitalized and joined together. Together it reads "INTV", there also is a slight inner shadow effect on all letters in logo in gray color. At the bottom of the smaller box shaped square with the letters "INTV" placed on top of it, there are the words "network" in white color also with a slight inner shadow effect on them. All the letters in the logo are white.
