The mark consists of A circular shape made out of two black swooshes and a red dot, with one swoosh starting on the left with a big head (just below an imaginary center of the circle) and moving upward tapering to end in the northeast corner of the circle. The second swoosh starts just above the (imaginary) center line on the right of the sphere with a fat head tapering to end with a small space between it and the beginning top swoosh. Between the tapered end of the top swoosh on the right and the fat beginning of the bottom swoosh is a painted red dot (or small circle). The word "Conscious " is written in blue to the left of the head of the top swoosh, and the word "Choosing" is below it in blue so that the letters "C-h-o-o-s" are to the immediate left of the gap between the top left swoosh head and the bottom tapered swoosh, the letter "i" and half of the letter "n" is between the left swooshes' space and the "g" is inside of the swoosh circle. The phrase "Creating Results Through Our Human Connection" is written in gray to the right of the swoosh circle under a blue line that runs horizontal from a small space to the right of the painted "dot" and fades as the word "connection" ends.
