In order to specifically identify the type of Christian yoga that is based on "A Course in Miracles," I use the term "Miracle Yoga" to distinguish it from Christian yoga in general. These teachings focus on a balance of the body, mind, and spirit, rather than traditional sectarian religious dogma. Miracle Yoga is also called "ACIM Yoga" because it is a distinctive form of yoga based on "A Course in Miracles". Miracle Yoga encourages seekers to practice Christian yoga disciplines and make progress in learning how to love, serve, meditate, understand, and forgive. The educational service of Miracle Yoga includes publishing books and games and providing online website information and advertising, which promote both the philosophy and practice of yoga as a means of following Christ as well as promoting living a life based on the philosophy and the practical application of "A Course in Miracles"
