The mark consists of sixteen rounded corner squares in an arrangement that creates one large square. None of the sixteen squares are touching as each is equidistant in space and size one from another to create the one large square. With the exception of one dark orange yellow square located on the second row, third column, all the other squares are dark blue or medium blue in color. The composite shading on the large square goes from lighter to darker in color from the center outward such that the outer squares of large square are mostly dark blue and the inner squares are medium to light blue with the orange yellow box on the second row, third column. Next to the logo design is the word "SQUAREBID" in lower case that is the same height as the large square mentioned above. The "SQUARE" in the word "SQUAREBID" is dark turquoise blue in color and bold Trebuchet MS font. The "BID" in the word "SQUAREBID" is in dark blue except for the dot above the "I" which is in dark orange yellow. Below the word "SQUAREBID" is the wording "GET WORK. FAIR AND SQUARE." in mustard yellow cursive running the length of the "R" to the "D" in "SQUAREBID".
