The mark consists of black uppercase lettering stacked on and over two horizontal bands of yellow. The upper yellow band is slightly wider than the lower yellow band. The black lettering of the word "ROOTS" is placed on top of the upper band and has black tree roots at the bottom of the letters "R" and "T" with the roots traveling down into the upper yellow band and partly below it. The word "THE" is written on its side from the lower yellow band up to the upper yellow band. The word "BEAUTY" is written in black lettering horizontally to the right of the word "THE" under the upper yellow band. The word "UNDERGROUND" is written in smaller black lettering to fit precisely under the word "BEAUTY" and is placed slightly above the lower yellow band.
