The mark consists of the terms "native new york" in lower case letters in the font Englische Schreibschrift demi bold, with the second term new below the first term "native", and the third term "york" below the second term; above the first term is a crown having two semicircles, a first outer larger semicircle about the second inner smaller semicircle, wherein seven spires radiate outwardly from the center beginning from the smaller inner semicircle, crossing over the outer creating a space between each spire; wherein the third spire is configured and dimensioned to be justified with the letter "t" in the first term, and the lowest two spires configured and dimensioned to be justified with the cross portion in the letter "t", and having the apex of these two lowest spires adjacent to the crest in the letter "n" and "e" respectively.
