Description of Mark
The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of an irrigation pivot gearbox featuring four generally triangular raised ribs in a star pattern and several rounded and curved exterior surfaces on the gearbox. The upper portion of the gearbox has a protruding cap in the shape of a rounded rectangular box with curved indentations at each of the four corners of the cap. The gearbox configuration further has two rounded rectangular gearbox end caps. Where the upper portion of the gearbox meets the gearbox end caps, the shape of the gearbox matches the rounded rectangular shape of the gearbox end caps while the center of upper portion of the gearbox extends in an outwardly extending curve which curves down to the rounded gearbox cover. A rounded protrusion extends from one side of the curved center of upper portion of the gearbox. The matter in broken lines indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
