Shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hooded sweatshirts, tank tops, sweatpants, shorts, hats, ties, sun visors, hats and caps, excluding the foregoing goods made in whole or in substantial part from denim or any textile evoking denim, and all such goods being sold only in restaurants, grocery stores and other food retailers, including online retailers, whose primary purpose is to sell or promote raw or minimally processed food or foods suitable for or compatible with a raw food diet
