The mark consists of a three-dimensional sphere that contains a white cursive "l-shaped" loop which divides the sphere into four sections: an upper left section that contains black and black faded to dark grey color and shows a point lifted out of the sphere; a lower left section that contains black and black faded to dark grey color; an upper right section in the middle of the loop that contains green and green faded to yellow-green color; and a lower right section that contains green and green faded to yellow-green color that has a point with green color that extends outside of the sphere and past the grey shadow under the sphere. The point then touches the top of the small capitalized "G" in the name "LegalPlex". The name "LegalPlex" is in small and large capitalized letters with "Legal" showing a black faded to dark grey gradient from bottom to top and "Plex" showing a green faded to yellow-green gradient from bottom to top.
