The mark consists of a red band forming a circle having the words "It's a Poundaranian" in white letters printed in the top arc of the circle and the words "New Breed. New Life." in white letters printed in the bottom arc of the circle. Within the white interior of the circle are two black ears, two black eyes and eyebrows, the right eye and eyebrow being circled in blue, a black nose, six black freckles and a black mouth all forming a stylized dog's head. Beneath the head is a red dog collar outlined in black. A gold dog tag, which is outlined in black and has the letter "P" centered on the tag in black, is located in the center of the dog collar.
