The mark consists of the trade dress of packaging consisting of a dark green background followed by a thin dark gold border. Inside the thin dark gold border is more dark green background followed by an inner thin border of black- gold- black, surrounding a second background of light beige overlaid with a darker beige steam design. On the left side of the beige background is a light blue water drop with white shading. One arching horizontal strip of forest green (bordered by light brown and light green) featuring a two small dark gold fleur de lis overlays part of the top of the packaging within the first thin gold border. Below is a horizontal dark green oval with a white border. In the center above the banner is a white rectangular carrier (bordered in beige, a thin line of black, beige, and then black again) with a curved upper side in which the wording "BEAR CREEK" appears in black and shaded in beige above two crossed beige wheat stalks above the wording "COUNTRY KITCHENS" in white and surrounded by a black rectangle.
