The mark consists of a circle with two crossed syringes in the center - the syringes are blue, black, green, white and gray. There is a green marijuana leaf at the top between the tips of the syringes. To the right, there is a black, brown and white bottle with three white "X"s on the label. At the bottom, there are two mushrooms with purple and black tops and gray and black stems. To the left, there is a brown prescription bottle with a white cap and label and a black "RX" in the upper left corner of the label. The images are on a beige background. There is a gold circle around the images. To the outside of the gold circle, there is a circular field of dark navy blue with gold lettering that reads "Substance Influence Training and Education EST 2000". Around this blue field and letters, there is another gold band. Around the outside, beginning at the bottom and coming approximately 2/3 of the way up each side are dark navy blue olive branches. These branches are crossed at the bottom.
