The mark consists of the design of product packaging for the goods. It consists of a broken down product box showing a design element which is applied to product packaging for the goods. The center box bottom appears in white with the words "PREMIUM GUAYABA DE MEXICO" written in light and dark green and appearing in the center box bottom, under the outline of a green and white circle which contains two guavas hanging from two branches with two leaves, one to the side of each of the branches, all these in the light green color and outlined in white, with a light green and dark green striped background emulating light rays within the green and white circle outline. The right and left sides of the box have an inner and an outer section, once the box is folded. The outer sections of the right and left sides are comprised of a light green and dark green striped background emulating light rays and include, in each of their corresponding left sections the words "PREMIUM GUAYABA DE MEXICO" written in white under the outline of a white and green circle which contains two guavas hanging from two branches with two leaves, one to the side of each of the branches, all these in white and outlined in the light green color, with a white background within the white and green circle outline. The front and back of the box are identical in design if seen from the front of each of these sides, consisting of the following elements: the words "PREMIUM GUAYABA DE MEXICO" written in white and appearing in the center of the front and back of the box, two guavas each hanging from one of two branches with one leave on the right of the right hand side branch, all these in white are placed on the upper left corners of the front and back of the box, the entire background of the front and back sides being a light green and dark green striped background emulating light rays. The matter shown in broken lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark. The shape of the box is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
