The mark consists of Background of the Electric Resource Services logo is a black diamond. Electric Blue lines are layered on top of the black square. The electric blue lines are placed on the black square in the shape of the Japanese lightening symbol. Bold, white, "ERS" in Bank Gothic font are placed on top of the blue lightening symbol and black diamond. "ERS" letters of equal size are centered left to right and top to bottom, while reading left to right; starting at 9 oclock to the 3 oclock direction. All portions of the "ERS" lettering are kept within the square boundary. "ERS" letters are at normal typing space intervals. No additional spacing. The top left corner of the "E" in "ERS" is touching the top left side of the square, while the bottom left side of the "E" of "ERS" touches the lower, left side of the square. The top right portion of the "S" in "ERS" is touching the top right portion of the square, while the bottom right portion of the square touches the bottom left portion of the square. The same spacing between the letters is displayed between the left and right corners of the square and the "ERS" letters inside the square.
