The mark consists of a band, which has a small, solid line on the top and bottom of mark. In between these lines is a small area of white-space just below and above said solid lines. The majority of this band is of a solid color and at the top and bottom of the said solid color band are fifteen upward pointing, solid, small triangles on the left and right sides, along with fifteen downward pointing, solid, small triangles on the left and right sides. In the middle of the entire band is a circle, which takes up 43% of the entire mark. The circle has forty-eight small scallops on its outside perimeter. The inside of the circle contains a sheath of five stalks of bound wheat, with the words "Tortilla" at the top; the word "Fresca" in a larger font centered in the middle and the words "ready in seconds!!" at the bottom.
