The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a shoe print with the wording "DR. SCHOLL'S" presented inside an oval carrier. The wording and the carrier are purple and presented on a purple background which is located toward the lower portion of the mark. The mark also includes the two-toned blue and purple color scheme in the shoe print with the majority of the shoe print in blue and with purple bands wrapping around a small wavy lined oval at the bottom of the shoe print and extending upward around the lower portion of the larger wavy lined oval at the top portion of the shoe print. The broken lines on the outer edge of the mark depicting an overall shape of a shoe print and the broken lines inside the shoe print which show an irregular, oval shape appearing on the upper portion of the shoe print which contains wavy lines; a series of curved bands radiating upwards on above the top oval; an oval-shaped cut-out on the lower portion of the shoe print which contains wavy lines; the positioning of the aforementioned ovals with wavy lines on the shoe print; irregular-shaped raised bands that wrap around the lower wavy oval; an irregular-shaped raised band which wraps around the lower portion of the larger wavy lined oval on the upper section of the shoe print and two raised bands displaying irregular, triangular-shaped figures positioned towards the left side of the mark between the large and small wavy lined ovals indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
