Government Provides funds to consumer, Consumer purchases solar power house which provides solar energy, consumer pays utility companies which is paid a percentage back to the Gov and utility company. System Solar provides solution to pollution, products not made from Silicon metals made that are toxic, products made from sulfate/clay, fix high cost for production of solar power houses, 90 percent efficient rate. Government and Utility companies merge, Government grants funds to solar companies, solar companies provide products to consumer's and consumer's pay utility companies. In conclusion the average consumer can afford the solar house and utility companies get paid through consumers monthly bill. Similar concept to the system we have but allows the solution to solar house folow a system which utilizes 1. Government 2. Utility companies 3. Solar Companies 4. Consumer. Which equals cost saving to all solar companies can produce there products, Utility companies can still gt paid and consumer can afford there bills. Government grants will be paid back.
