The mark consists of On the left side is an abstract design comprised of two interlocking S-shaped swirls, one green and one blue. The coloring on each "S" is shaded with the darkest part of the "S" at the largest part of the curve. The blue "S" is horizontal and the green "S" is vertical. The "S" shapes cross at their midpoints and meet on the left side at their smallest points creating a white space in the center. The two points closest to the letter do not meet. The type for the lettering begins in green for the word "Prosper" and the attached word "well" is in blue. The typeface is in all capitals with the word "financial" below "well" in smaller all capitals print. The entire phrase is underlined directly under financial, leaving white space between "Prosper" and the line. The print for "Creating wealth from the inside out" is directly below the line and is not in all capitals; rather only "Creating" is capitalized.
